1. About the website

The website introduces our company, products and contact details. We try to keep it accurate, but product descriptions and statuses reflect the time they were written and may change without notice.

2. Linked products and demos

Some products are linked from the website, such as the Daily web app and the Chart Predicter demo. They are still being developed or tested, may change or stop at any time, and may have their own notices. The Chart Predicter demo shows research results and is not investment advice.

3. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos and other content on the website belong to Egoist or their rightful owners. Do not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission, except as the law allows.

4. What you must not do

• Interfere with the website, for example by sending excessive automated requests.
• Try to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
• Use the website or the Egoist name to mislead others.

5. Limitation of liability

The website is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made only on the basis of its content, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
